Don’t understand the bad reviews.. we dined in today for the first time and we were so impressed with the aesthetics and details of the restaurant. Even my toddler kept saying “wow”. We did the all you can eat and it has been wonderful! There was maybe one dish that wasn’t my taste but everything else was fantastic. Service was very attentive and friendly. The dessert options were unfortunately a bit disappointing. Would have loved trying some Japanese cheesecake or mochi. Definitely will be coming back and spreading the word that we had a wonderful experience!

Just had a really nice date meal with my husband at this newly opened Sushi restaurant. It was surprisingly good! The restaurant is beautiful and classy. Great for girls date too. Our server Lisa was really nice and fast with the service. I liked the iPad idea to see all the menu picture so we know exactly what to order. The sashimi was fresh and thick cut which is satisfying to eat. They even fried the shrimp head so crispy that we can actually ate most part the head. The tempura was nicely battered and perfect with the hot tempura sauce. We also tried the spicy ramen and turned out to be really good. Not too spicy which is perfect for me. The portion is big so we ended up packing some food for the next day. The price is reasonable. We will definitely be back to try their other dishes.

Absolutely exceptional! The salmon sashimi was beautifully cut and melt-in-your-mouth fresh, served on a bed of crisp daikon for a touch of texture. The ikura gunkan (salmon roe sushi) was rich and bursting with flavor, complemented perfectly by the cool crunch of cucumber. And let’s not forget the sushi rolls—delicately prepared, filled generously with fresh vegetables and fish, and drizled with a flavorful spicy mayo that tied it all together. (I would definitely recommend this dish to my friends at work!) Service was prompt, friendly, and attentive without ever being intrusive. You can tell the staff care about the dining experience just as much as the food quality. Whether you’re a sushi enthusiast or just looking to try something new, Kenko Sushi is a must-visit. Stylish, comfortable, and delicious—this place easily earns a 5-star rating from me.

I took my wife here for her birthday and we had an excellent time! The food was great, the atmosphere was great, and the service was also great! We had decided to go for all you can eat because it was a special occasion, and once our food started arriving we realized that we had made a tactical error and we needed a bigger table. We asked our server if we could switch tables and her only concern was if it would be inconvenient for us to switch. Not at all obviously. We love that this resturant has marked itself as LGBT friendly and we certainly felt that it was the case! We saw some other LGBT friends there who I haven't seen in years and it was so fun to run into them and to happily be able to all feel comfortable and most important, welcome there. Thank you for that

Everyone was really friendly and smiley! Very clean and impressive atmosphere! We ordered a char-sui steamed bun and beef skewer to start. The bun was amazing but the beef was a bit overcooked, still great flavour! Then we got a crispy shrimp roll, futomaki roll and a salmon maki - all was very flavourful and delicious! My only complaint is they use too much rice, making the rice overpower the flavours. The ginger was perfect! After we ordered desert (mochi) they informed us that we could have “free desert” which was their ice cream bar, this was such a nice bonus and my kiddo was super happy with this! And It was pretty cheap as far as sushi goes. I’m excited to try their all you can eat and explore the menu more!

Amazing! Service was very friendly, she offered me either an iPad or Paper menu, I opted for the iPad as I was curious as to what their system is like. The lady was attentive and seemed happy to be there! The restaurant is very modern and clean, lots of branding which shows they care about the little details. I’m truly in LOVE with the interior. The food is also delicious, beef was very tender and flavourful (wish there was a bit more flavour to it) Karrage chicken was not exactly as I had in mind. I was expecting more of a batter with the chicken, otherwise it was still good! Shrimp dumplings were also good, plenty of filling. You could tell they definitely put care into their food and don’t cheap out. Definitely a good spot for couples or families date night. A must return!

One word - DELICIOUS! Presentation plus! Thank you for the excellent, friendly customer service from Lisa. She may not have brought us chopsticks to eat the food or more hot water for the green tea, but her recommendations on the menu were excellent, and it's a BIG menu. We didn't partake in the "All You Can Eat" on from Friday to Sunday but we know about it now. This is worth the trip to Okotoks as the food is fresh and delicious. If you have a big group or a birthday party, there is separate seating area. Reservations required for big group. If you want Take Out, it is discounted. Great experience in a busy place. Recommend the D'Arcy Roll!!

My niece recommended Kenko sushi and she had nothing but great things to say. So we decided to go for lunch and try their all you can eat menu. They have all you can eat menu offer Fri- Sun. Adult price is 26.99. First of all, it is a big restaurant, great decor and atmosphere. Very friendly staff and quick service. Loved their IPad ordering system! Great selection and fresh delicious food. Highly recommend this restaurant!
